Ammar is a QA / Test automation engineer, always in pursuit of new challenges and interesting new things to learn, which prefers to work in Agile ways. Also focused on Continuous Integration & Delivery way of organizing software development process. His main driving force is a desire to deliver with quality. Experienced in test planning implementation (writing Test Plans, writing Test Scenarios, writing Test cases, writing Automation tests) and execution (Integration tests, Functional tests, End-to-End test, Acceptance tests, Performance tests, Smoke tests).An optimist in every situation and likes working in a team, being surrounded by positive and friendly people. Has a strong thirst for knowledge and taking part in conferences and constantly improving skills by learning, doing and sharing knowledge.

Emir Sijerčić works actively in the IT industry for more than 10 years. He
started as a developer, switched to Quality Assurance and in recent years
his focus is on Agile / Scrum methodologies. Currently, he is working in
Softhouse Balkans as QA Engineer and Scrum Master, and is the Continuous
Delivery guardian within the company. Within his role as a CI/CD coach he
always strives for happy teams and happy customers.

Admir Šatara graduated Faculty of information and technologies and works
as IT Consultant at Softhouse Balkans with experience of 5 years in IT
industry. His current focus is QA / Test automation by Continuous
Integration & Delivery way of organizing software development process. He
has broad experience of working in an Agile manner and has an excellent
sense of identifying issues and improving software development workflows
with high focus on visualizing integration and delivery pipelines.
